SOUTHEASTERN MERCER...NORTHEASTERN BURLINGTON...SOUTHWESTERN MONMOUTH
AND SOUTHWESTERN MIDDLESEX COUNTIES...
At 859 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from Windsor to Columbus. Movement was
southeast at 35 mph.
Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with these
storms.
Locations impacted include...
Jackson, Florence, Hightstown, Bordentown, Cranbury, Presidential
Lakes Estates, Allentown, Pemberton, Roosevelt, Wrightstown, Windsor,
Princeton Meadows, Six Flags Theme Park, Plainsboro Center,
Leisuretowne, Jacksons Mills, Jacksonville, Georgetown, Cassville and
Clarksburg.
This includes the following highways...
New Jersey Turnpike between exits 6 and 8A.
Interstate 195 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 23.
Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 50 and 63.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
