...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1100 PM EDT FOR BERKS
AND CENTRAL LEHIGH COUNTIES...

At 817 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated the thunderstorms that
produced the heavy rain had left the advisory area. However, it will
take time for runoff to recede. This will cause minor flooding in
the advisory area. Up to one and one half inches of rain has already
fallen.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Allentown, Reading, Emmaus, Wyomissing, Kutztown, Hamburg, Fleetwood,
Sinking Spring, Laureldale, Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Topton,
Robesonia, Leesport, Shoemakersville, Bernville, Lyons, Strausstown,
Lenhartsville and Spring Ridge.

This includes the following highways...
 Northeast Extension between mile markers 52 and 58.
 Interstate 78 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 11 and 58.
 Interstate 176 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 9 and 11.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Protecting yourself from immediate threats to life and safety shall
take priority.  Whenever possible, as long as it does not cause
greater harm, all COVID-19 protective action guidance should be
followed.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
