  Southwestern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Northern Cumberland County in southern New Jersey...
  Southern Salem County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 830 PM EDT.

* At 527 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Vineland, Millville, Bridgeton, Middletown, Salem, Alloway,
  Quinton, Elmer, Shiloh, Mount Pleasant, Olivet, Hancocks Bridge,
  Newport Meadows, Port Penn, Hope Creek, Seabrook Farms, South
  Vineland, Rosenhayn, Fairton and Odessa.
