...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN ATLANTIC
AND EASTERN CAPE MAY COUNTIES...

At 225 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from 6 miles east of Brigantine to near
Woodbine. Movement was southeast at 15 mph.

Wind gusts up to 35 mph and pea size hail are possible with these
storms.

Locations impacted include...
Atlantic City, Ocean City, Pleasantville, Somers Point, Ventnor City,
Brigantine, Northfield, Absecon, Margate City, North Wildwood,
Woodbine, Sea Isle City, Estell Manor, Avalon, Port Republic,
Longport, Stone Harbor, Corbin City, Scotch Bonnet and Beesleys
Point.

This includes the following highways...
 Garden State Parkway between mile markers 11 and 44.
 Atlantic City Expressway between mile markers 0 and 11.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
