* Fell below flood stage at 11:30 PM Saturday.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to 10.7 feet by tomorrow morning.
* Impact...At 13.0 feet...Water begins to cover and close Riverview Boulevard in
  West Norriton.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 13.4 feet on Sep 28
  2018.
