* Flood Warning for...
  East central Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Southwestern Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 600 PM EST.

* At 259 PM EST, the public reported flooding across the warned
  area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Chester, Yeadon, Westtown, Folcroft, Swarthmore,
  Darby Township, Cheyney, Lima, Gradyville, Nether Providence
  Township, Broomall, Newtown Square, Chester Township, Philadelphia
  International Arpt, Philadelphia International Airport, Drexel
  Hill, Paoli, Radnor Township and West Goshen.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 4 and 13.
 Interstate 476 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 8.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
