The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Central Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 400 PM EST.

* At 1255 PM EST, the public reported flooding south of Honey Brook
  with Compass Rd now closed. The automated river gauge on the West
  Branch of the Brandywine Creek at Honey Brook is also now above
  flood stage.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Coatesville, Downingtown, Parkesburg, Honey Brook, Marshallton,
  Glenmoore, South Coatesville, Modena and Thorndale.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
