* Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 9.5 feet by this afternoon.
  The river will fall below flood stage late this afternoon.
* Impact...At 10.5 feet...Flood damage, adjacent to the creek, begins in the
  city of Chester.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 9.5 feet on Mar 13
  2010.
