WARREN...CENTRAL MONROE AND NORTHEASTERN NORTHAMPTON COUNTIES...

At 544 AM EST, radar indicated heavy showers were located along a
line extending from near Blooming Grove to near Skytop to near
Saylorsburg to near Beersville. Movement was east at 45 mph.

Wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph will occur along portions of this
line of showers.

Locations impacted include...
Morristown, Newton, Montague, Dover, Madison, Hopatcong, Florham
Park, East Hanover, Lincoln Park, Kinnelon, East Stroudsburg,
Hackettstown, Chatham, Boonton, Wharton, Rockaway, Blairstown, Morris
Plains, Bangor and Mount Arlington.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 287 in New Jersey between mile markers 32 and 52.
