extending from High Point to Bushkill, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Extremely poor visibility in heavy snow.

IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.

Locations impacted include...
Port Jervis, Newton, Montague, Franklin, Hamburg, Ogdensburg, Sussex,
Branchville, Flatbrookville, High Point, Vernon Valley, Five Points,
Pellettown, Crandon Lakes, Highland Lake and Hainesville.
