...TORNADO TOUCHDOWN CONFIRMED IN CECIL COUNTY...

A National Weather Service survey team has determined that a
tornado with a preliminary intensity of EF-1 touched down in
Cecil County, Maryland near the Pine Hill Apartments in Elkton.
Additional information, including estimated wind speeds and path
length and width, will be provided in an additional statement
later this evening or on Saturday.
