* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations near two inches.
  Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Carbon and Monroe.

* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing
  snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Due to very windy conditions, areas of
  blowing snow are expected. Impacts from blowing snow, including
