...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations of one
  tenth to two tenths of an inch. Locally higher amounts up to
  three tenths of an inch possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northern New Jersey and east central and
  northeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are possible. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute. Isolated
  to scattered power outages will be possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Freezing rain amounts will likely be
  higher in elevations above 1000 feet however small amounts
  remain possible down to valley floors.
