The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  North central Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Carbon County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  Western Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1215 AM EDT.

* At 819 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain which will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Up
  to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Lehighton, Palmerton, Kutztown, Jim Thorpe, Hamburg, Slatington,
  Fleetwood, Nesquehoning, Weatherly, Lenhartsville, New Mahoning,
  Pocono Pines, Pocono Raceway, Lake Harmony, New Tripoli, Long Pond,
  Albrightsville, Emerald, Kresgeville and Sun Valley.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 277 and 294.
 Interstate 78 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 30 and 44.
 Northeast Extension between exits A74 and A95.
 Interstate 380 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 9 and 13.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Protecting yourself from immediate threats to life and safety shall
take priority.  Whenever possible, as long as it does not cause
greater harm, all COVID-19 protective action guidance should be
followed.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
