...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR EAST CENTRAL QUEEN ANNE'S COUNTY IS
CANCELLED...

The tornadic thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out
of the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 600 PM EDT for central
Delaware...and eastern and northeastern Maryland.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 400 PM EDT FOR CENTRAL
KENT AND NORTHEASTERN CAROLINE COUNTIES...

At 330 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Goldsboro, or 14 miles east of Centerville, moving
east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
Dover, Camden, Goldsboro, Woodside, Viola, Rising Sun-Lebanon, Rising
Sun, Hazlettville, Dover Base Housing, Sandtown, Wyoming, Felton,
Frederica, Magnolia, Henderson, Marydel, Riverview, Highland Acres,
Woodside East and Rodney Village.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.
