  South central Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  West central Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 615 PM EDT.

* At 220 PM EDT, the gauge at Wissahickon on the Wissahickon Creek
  has risen to Flood Stage. Flood stage is 5.0 feet. At 5.0 feet,
  roads are subject to flooding in the vicinity of the creek.
  Additional rain and an increase in water levels are possible this
  afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
