  The Red Clay Creek at Wooddale.
* Until this evening...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 11:47 AM Monday the stage was 7.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 7.6 feet.
  The river will fall below flood stage late this afternoon.
* Impact...At 7.5 feet...Barley Mill Road begins to flood.
  Brandywine Springs Park floods.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 7.6
  feet on Jun 3 2018.
