The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Southwestern Somerset County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 230 PM EDT.

* At 1026 AM EDT, the gauge at Reaville on the Neshanic River was
  rising. River levels were at 6.4 feet. Flood stage is 6.5 feet. At
  6.5 feet, roads are subject to closures in the vicinity of the
  river.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, farmland, and other low lying spots.
