AND WESTERN SALEM COUNTIES...

At 540 AM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Havre De Grace to near Chestertown
to near Dunkirk. Movement was northeast at 70 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph are possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, Easton, Elkton, Centerville, Talbot,
Pennsville, Smyrna, Carneys Point, Elsmere, New Castle, Chestertown,
Penns Grove, Salem, Denton, Centreville, North East, Romancoke and
Clayton.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 7.
 Interstate 95 in Maryland between mile markers 103 and 109.
