COUNTIES...

At 1209 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Chester Township to Delaware City to near Hollywood
Beach, moving east at 60 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Philadelphia, Wilmington, Vineland, Millville, Bridgeton, Middletown,
Chester, Deptford, West Deptford, Glassboro, Lindenwold, Pennsville,
Bellmawr, Woodbury, Smyrna, Pitman, Carneys Point, Berlin, Folcroft
and Swarthmore.

This includes the following highways...
 Atlantic City Expressway between mile markers 38 and 44.
 Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 26.
 Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 13.
 New Jersey Turnpike between exits 1 and 2.
 Interstate 95 in Delaware between mile markers 11 and 23.
 Interstate 476 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 3.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

building.

This is a DANGEROUS SITUATION. These storms are producing widespread
