  Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Western Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until midnight EDT.

* At 1124 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Wakefield,
  or 14 miles south of Willow Street, moving southeast at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
           possible.

* Locations impacted include...
  West Chester, Elkton, Calvert, Coatesville, Downingtown, Kennett
  Square, Oxford, Parkesburg, North East, West Grove, Rising Sun,
  Honey Brook, Charlestown, Homeville, Glen Roy, Zion, Blake,
  Barksdale, Cochranville and West Nottingham.

This includes Interstate 95 in Maryland between mile markers 91 and
107.
