...Patchy dense fog overnight...

Surface observations indicate that patchy fog has developed
across the area. This fog is expected to persist for much of the
night and may become dense at times. If driving, expect rapidly
changing visibility. Slow down, use low- beam headlights, and
maintain extra distance from other vehicles.
