...Patchy dense fog overnight...

Surface observations indicate patchy fog has developed in southern
Delaware and coastal areas of New Jersey. The fog is expected to
persist for much of the night and may become dense at times. If
driving, expect rapidly changing visibility. Slow down, use low-
beam headlights, and maintain extra distance from other vehicles.
