...Patchy dense fog early this morning...

Surface observations and webcams continue to indicate patchy dense
fog in portions of the southern Poconos, Lehigh Valley, and
northwest New Jersey early this morning. Conditions should improve
gradually during the next couple of hours. However, expect rapidly
changing conditions if driving this morning. Slow down, use low-
beam headlights, and maintain extra distance from other vehicles.
