FOR SOUTHWESTERN NEW CASTLE AND NORTHERN KENT COUNTIES...

At 842 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Hope Creek, or
9 miles east of Middletown, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Dover, Middletown, Smyrna, Clayton, Cheswold, Woodland Beach, Green
Spring, Delaney Corner, Dover Speedway, Dover Base Housing, Townsend,
Odessa, Kenton, Little Creek, Leipsic, Chambersville and Kent Acres.
