At 705 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were clustered over Lima, or 10
miles east of West Chester, moving east at 25 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Philadelphia, Camden, Gloucester City, Chester, Deptford, West
Deptford, Bellmawr, Yeadon, Woodbury, Pitman, Folcroft, Swarthmore,
Paulsboro, Westville, Narberth, Woodbury Heights, National Park, East
Lansdowne, Brooklawn and Darby Township.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 13 and 25.
 Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 25.
 Interstate 95 in Delaware near mile marker 23.
