...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN MORRIS AND EAST
CENTRAL SUSSEX COUNTIES...

At 400 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Ogdensburg, or
8 miles east of Newton, moving east at 40 mph.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Kinnelon, Butler, Franklin, Riverdale, Hamburg, Ogdensburg, Green
Pond, Pequannock Township, Highland Lake and Lake Mohawk.

This includes Interstate 287 in New Jersey between mile markers 52
and 54.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 900 PM EDT for
northern and northwestern New Jersey.
