The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Kent County in central Delaware...
  Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Northern Caroline County in eastern Maryland...

* Until 245 AM EDT.

* At 1140 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to two inches of rain have already fallen in spots.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Dover, Centerville, Smyrna, Milford, Harrington, Camden, Clayton,
  Greensboro, Oakland, Ridgely, Cheswold, Church Hill, Millington,
  Sudlersville, Bowers, Goldsboro, Queen Anne and Woodside.

Additional rainfall of around an inch is possible. This additional
rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
