...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHWESTERN CECIL AND
SOUTHWESTERN CHESTER COUNTIES...

At 447 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Delta, or 15
miles south of Willow Street, moving southeast at 20 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Rising Sun, West Nottingham, Glen Roy, Octoraro, Conowingo, Rock
Springs, Richardsmere, Farmington and Woodlawn.

If outdoors, seek shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
