* At 1047 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Aberdeen to near Waldorf, moving northeast at
  65 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
           possible.
