The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Carbon County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 200 AM EDT.

* At 956 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Lehighton, Mount Pocono, Tobyhanna, Jim Thorpe, Nesquehoning,
  Weatherly, New Mahoning, Pocono Pines, Pocono Raceway, Lake
  Harmony, Skytop, Mountainhome, Long Pond, Albrightsville, Sun
  Valley, Arrowhead Lake, Jonas, Meckesville, Beltzville State Park
  and Canadensis.

This includes Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 277
and 301.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
