COUNTIES...

At 746 PM EDT, the public reported heavy rainfall leading to minor
flooding in portions of Lehigh County. Several observers have
reported over two inches of rain in the Lehigh Valley. Another band
of heavy rain was moving through portions of Hunterdon and Bucks
Counties. With occasional rain expected for the next couple of
hours, urban and poor-drainage flooding is anticipated to continue.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Trenton, New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Long Branch, Easton, Asbury
Park, Somerville, Somerset, Edison, Lakewood, Bethlehem, Middletown,
Old Bridge, Bensalem, Howell, East Brunswick, Bridgewater, South
Brunswick, Sayreville and North Brunswick.

This includes the following highways...
 Garden State Parkway between mile markers 90 and 133.
 Interstate 195 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 34.
 Interstate 287 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 29.
 Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 48 and 76.
 Interstate 78 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 41.
 Interstate 80 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 13.
 Interstate 78 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 45 and 76.
 Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 37 and 40.
 New Jersey Turnpike between exits 6 and 12.
