* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts of 45 to 50 mph are
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, northern, northwest and southern
  New Jersey, east central, northeast and southeast
  Pennsylvania, northeast Maryland and northern Delaware.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 6 PM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...The strong wind gusts may take down some tree limbs,
  which could result in localized power outages. Unsecured
  objects, such as trash cans and lawn furniture, may be blown
  around by the strong winds.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest wind gusts will likely occur
  this evening and again on Thursday.
