  at times tonight and Thursday.

* WHERE...Portions of eastern Pennsylvania, most of New Jersey,
  Delaware, and northeastern Maryland.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
  result.
