* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations of a
  light glaze.

* WHERE...Portions of northern New Jersey and east central and
  northeast Pennsylvania above 1000 ft in elevation.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Untreated surfaces will become slippery as ice
  begins to accumulate.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Patchy freezing drizzle will continue
  through early this morning. Untreated surfaces may be impacted
  along routes over 1000 ft
