* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations of a
  light glaze.

* WHERE...Portions of northern New Jersey and east central and
  northeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Untreated surfaces will become slippery as ice
  begins to accumulate.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Patchy freezing drizzle will continue
  through early this morning. Untreated surfaces may be impact
  this mornings commute.
