The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Northeastern Carbon County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 700 AM EDT.

* At 305 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding was still
  occurring in portions of Monroe and Northampton Counties in
  Pennsylvania and Warren County in New Jersey. Although the heavy
  rainfall has ended, excessive runoff will continue to result in
  flooding for the next several hours.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Easton, Mount Pocono, Forks, East Stroudsburg, Hackettstown,
  Tobyhanna, Wilson, Washington, Blairstown, Nazareth, Bangor, Pen
  Argyl, Wind Gap, Belvidere, Harmony, Oxford, Alpha, Hope, Belfast
  and Hampton.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 78 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 8.
 Interstate 80 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 22.
 Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 278 and 314.
 Interstate 78 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 73 and 76.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

dangers of flooding.
