...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 AM EDT FOR
EASTERN BERKS...MONTGOMERY...LEHIGH...NORTHWESTERN BUCKS...CHESTER
AND SOUTHWESTERN NORTHAMPTON COUNTIES...

At 219 AM EDT, automated gauges on the Perkiomen Creek in East
Greenville and the West Branch Brandywine Creek at Honey Brook
indicate levels have reached flood stage. Flash flooding is expected
to continue across the warned area.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Allentown, Reading, Easton, West Chester, Bethlehem, Norristown,
Pottstown, Phoenixville, Lansdale, West Norriton, East Norriton,
Coatesville, Emmaus, Northampton, Quakertown, Perkasie, Doylestown,
Byram, Wilson and Downingtown.

This includes Interstate 78 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 45
and 76.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
