The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Central Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 545 AM EDT.

* At 142 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in western
  Berks County. Though the heaviest rain has ended, excessive runoff
  will continue to cause flooding across the warned area for the
  next several hours.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Wyomissing, Kutztown, Hamburg, Fleetwood, Sinking Spring,
  Laureldale, Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Newmanstown, Leesport,
  Shoemakersville, Bernville, Strausstown, Lenhartsville, Spring
  Ridge, Fairview Hgts, Shillington, West Reading and Mohnton.

This includes Interstate 78 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 10
and 45.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
