  Northeastern Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Somerset County in northern New Jersey...
  Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 100 AM EDT.

* At 959 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  that heavy rain has fallen over the area. Runoff from prior
  rainfall will continue to result in flooding over poor drainage
  portions of the area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Somerville, Somerset, Edison, Old
  Bridge, East Brunswick, Bridgewater, South Brunswick, Sayreville,
  North Brunswick, Carteret, Middlesex, Bound Brook, Manville,
  Matawan, Flemington, High Bridge, Clinton and Peapack And
  Gladstone.
