  New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Kent County in central Delaware...
  Northeastern Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Caroline County in eastern Maryland...
  Cumberland County in southern New Jersey...
  Central Salem County in southern New Jersey...
  West central Gloucester County in southern New Jersey...
  Cape May County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 915 PM EDT.

* At 521 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to one inch of rain will fall in a short amount of time as
  thunderstorms move across the area.00

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, Vineland, Dover, Newark, Millville, Bridgeton,
  Middletown, Georgetown, Cape May, Cumberland, Pennsville, Smyrna,
  Milford, Carneys Point, Seaford, Elsmere, New Castle, Penns Grove,
  Denton and North Wildwood.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
