* Until 815 PM EDT.

* At 408 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Newark, Middletown, Elkton, Havre De Grace, Centerville, Calvert,
  Chestertown, Centreville, North East, Clayton, Rising Sun,
  Greensboro, Oakland, Ridgely, Rock Hall, Charlestown, Church Hill,
  Cecilton, Millington and Sudlersville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
