* Flood Warning for...
  East central Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 400 AM EDT Thursday.

* At 955 PM EDT, minor flooding was occurring on the Little Lehigh
  Creek. The creeks should return within its banks by daybreak.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Allentown and Emmaus.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
