CANCELLED...

The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out of
the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A tornado watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for southern New
Jersey.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 845 PM EDT
FOR CUMBERLAND AND CAPE MAY COUNTIES...

At 825 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Dividing Creek,
or 8 miles south of Millville, moving southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE...Emergency management.

IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to roofs,
         siding, trees, and power lines is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Vineland, Millville, Bridgeton, Ocean City, Cumberland, North
Wildwood, Laurel Lake, Wildwood Crest, Woodbine, Sea Isle City,
Estell Manor, Avalon, Corbin City, Newport, Cape May Court House,
Leesburg, Scotch Bonnet, Seaville, Dennisville and Bricksboro.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A tornado watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for southern New
Jersey.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of nature's leading
killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close enough to
be struck by lightning.
