* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Morris County in northern New Jersey...
  Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Northeastern Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...

* Until 845 PM EDT.

* At 738 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Bushkill, or
  16 miles southwest of Montague, moving southeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to
           roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is possible.

* Locations impacted include...
  Morristown, Newton, Dover, Madison, Hopatcong, Florham Park, East
  Hanover, Lincoln Park, Kinnelon, Chatham, Boonton, Butler, Wharton,
  Rockaway, Morris Plains, Mount Arlington, Franklin, Mendham,
  Mountain Lakes and Stanhope.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. Although a
tornado is not immediately likely, if one is spotted, act quickly
and move to a place of safety inside a sturdy structure such as a
basement or small interior room.
