CANCELLED...

The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out of
the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A tornado watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for southern New
Jersey.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 800 PM EDT
FOR SOUTHWESTERN ATLANTIC...CUMBERLAND AND SOUTHEASTERN SALEM
COUNTIES...

At 723 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Fairton, or
near Bridgeton, moving southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. Hail up to quarter size has been
         reported.

IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to roofs,
         siding, trees, and power lines is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Vineland, Millville, Bridgeton, Cumberland, Laurel Lake, Estell
Manor, Greenwich, Shiloh, Newport, Leesburg, Dorothy, Newport
Meadows, Bricksboro, Fortesque, Mauricetown, Port Norris, Dividing
Creek, Fairton, Cedarville and Port Elizabeth.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A tornado watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for southern New
Jersey.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of nature's leading
killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close enough to
be struck by lightning.
