AND SOUTH CENTRAL CECIL COUNTIES...

At 909 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Newtown, or 8
miles southwest of Aberdeen Proving Ground, moving southeast at 30
mph.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Chestertown, Church Hill, Millington, Sudlersville, Betterton,
Newtown, Morgnec, Crumpton, Massey, Kennedyville, Galena,
Templeville, Barclay and Kingstown.
