...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT CENTRAL CARBON AND SOUTHWESTERN
MONROE COUNTIES...

At 928 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Drums, or 7
miles north of Hazleton, moving east at 65 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Mount Pocono, Jim Thorpe, Weatherly, Beltzville State Park, Pocono
Raceway, Lake Harmony, McMichael, Scotrun, Blakeslee, Penn Forest
Reservoir, Long Pond, Albrightsville, Kresgeville, Christmans, Sun
Valley, Jonas, Meckesville, Gilbert, Pocono Pines and Beaver Meadows.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
