  Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...

  Northern Mercer County in central New Jersey...
  Somerset County in northern New Jersey...
  Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 130 AM EDT.

* At 1032 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms moving from west to east across the area. Some of
  these thunderstorms are producing brief heavy downpours resulting
  in rainfall rates over one inch per hours. Rapid ponding of water
  can be expected in these heavy downpours, resulting in roadway and
  poor drainage flooding.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Allentown, New Brunswick, Easton, Morristown, Somerville, Newton,
  Somerset, Edison, Bethlehem, Old Bridge, East Brunswick,
  Bridgewater, South Brunswick, North Brunswick, Ewing, Dover,
  Madison, Hopatcong, Forks and Middlesex.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
