  The Passaic River at Pine Brook.
* At 9:45 AM Thursday the stage was 19.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue to slowly fall, dropping below flood stage
  early Friday morning.
* Impact...At 19.5 feet...Horseneck Road in Fairfield is subject to flooding and
  closures.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 19.3 feet on Mar 30
  1994.
